Where and how can I buy a domain name?
You can purchase your domain from any reputable domain registrar, such as Namecheap. Simply search for your preferred domain name, complete the registration, and then connect the domain to your Webbolt website.
If you already own a domain from another provider, you can also connect it to Webbolt, there's no need to purchase a new one.
Do I need to buy hosting separately?
No. Webbolt provides the hosting infrastructure for websites created and hosted on the platform, so you don't need to purchase hosting from another provider.
Can I switch my Webbolt License at any time?
You can upgrade your Webbolt plan or switch your website license at any time. Upgrade from monthly to yearly subscription. Also, switching your website license lets you transfer the PRO feature between projects. Note that the plan's duration remains fixed, so the original expiration date doesn't change with switches between projects/websites.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription according to the terms of your selected plan. Your website will remain live while editing access will depend on your active license.
Can I get refund on cancelled plan?
Once you have purchased a subscription or website license, it is non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew at the end of the subscription period.
